Joe brings a lifetime of experience and knowledge to Safety 1st. A former Transportation Director of multiple school districts, Joe has spent decades searching for and finding quality drivers. He knows everything there is to know about what makes a good bus driver – and what doesn’t.

Bill Snyder, President and GM

A master businessman and technologist, Bill has plied his trade for The New York Times, CVS, American Airlines, Aetna and countless other large businesses. He has spent the last 5 years as owner of Premier Carrier Recruiting, a small business dedicated to recruiting and hiring service employees. He knows the mechanics of recruiting and has created an automated system to handle the process from start to finish.
